Tools UsedEyes closed, restful strains of music surround me
as I'm being rocked in a most amazing recliner. A soothing voice tells
me that this is my special time to simply be peaceful, still.
Rocking, rocking so primal and wondrous, my eyes
fill with grateful tears and I breathe deeply.
"Just your time to be...," the soft voice repeats,
then continues, "See or imagine. Some see pictures in their minds,
others imagine. Either is fine...
"Going down a beautiful staircase
"Each step down, deeper and deeper and deeper still
... Gently drifting down..."
The voice is whispering now, "Let yourself go so
