Most of us know that diets don’t work! Diets equal deprivation (look at how it is spelled – diet!) and diets rely on willpower. When your favorite food is calling your name from the kitchen late at night, willpower isn’t going to work!


My weight loss program combines Hypnosis, E.F.T. and N.L.P. These 3 tools combined are very powerful and effective tools for weight control and weight loss. I can help you to lose weight as quickly as is healthy, and most importantly, keep it off. Why? Hypnosis works at the subconscious level of our minds, the source of our self sabotaging behaviors and habits. When we can go to the source of the unwanted habits, emotions and behavioral patterns, we can eliminate them and introduce new and positive ones so the pounds drop off and stay off.

My weight loss program is 6 sessions. The first session is 2 hours long, because we are going to get very in depth about what your goals are and how we can achieve them. You will leave that first session feeling empowered and armed with new tools you can use to reinforce what we do in session and help you easily overcome any temptations or cravings.


After that, sessions are 1 hour long. The first 3 sessions are 1 week apart – think of that as our foundation setting period – and then after that the sessions get farther and farther apart so you can experience life with new responses to food and exercise and powerful tools to allow you to drop the weight and keep it off!
