Tools UsedPhobias and fears are common - over 10% of people
experience a simple phobia at some time. From elevators, spiders,
heights, dentists, driving and open spaces, there is nothing we cannot
develop anxiety or phobias about.
Fears and phobias are learned behaviors - thankfully Hypnosis, E.F.T. &
N.L.P. provide extremely effective ways to eliminate them, teaching the
mind a different way of responding to the feared object or situation.
Hypnosis for fears and phobias works by detaching the stimulus (trigger
object) from the emotional response and 'updating' the brain with a new,
more realistic response.
HYPNOSIS
- MASTER YOUR FEARS AND PHOBIAS
I am a 62 year old male. For the last six or seven years I had
developed a fear of stairs and heights. I could on far too many days
not get up or down the staircases in my home. On those days I would
crawl up the stairs and come down on my rear-end like a 15 month old
toddler. This fear was interfering with my life.
With the agreement of my physician I decided to try Hypnosis. I
contacted Stephanie Dalfonzo at Danbury Hypnosis. I had three sessions
over a period of two weeks. Stephanie was encouraging, helpful,
knowledgeable, professional, and patient. I can now navigate the stairs
in my home without the gripping fear I lived with for so long. I should
have done this years ago. I am also proud that I conquered this fear.
"Hypnosis and Stephanie work!! Try them."
