Manage Stress

Stress is America's #1 health problem.  According to the American Institute of Stress, up to 90% of all health problems are related to stress.  Too much stress contributes to heart disease, high blood pressure, stroke, depression and sleep disorders.  Additional studies confirm the debilitating effects of stress on our health:

Stress management is the foundation of everything I do, whether it is quitting smoking, losing weight, eliminating fears, etc.  I combine Hypnosis, N.L.P (Neuro Linguistic Programming), E.F.T. (Emotional Freedom Techniques) and other techniques to help each client  learn how to reduce and manage their stress on an ongoing basis.

You have heard the adage "Give a man a fish and you feed him for a day, teach him how to fish and you feed him for a lifetime".  That is my approach:  I teach clients how to use multiple techniques to reduce and then to continue to manage their stress for a lifetime.  The techniques I use and teach are quick and easy to learn and use.  I realize the more simple I can make it, the greater the chances are that your will continue to use them.
